What do you love about Fort Collins? 

Fort Collins is awesome! Horsetooth Reservoir is one of my favorite places to unwind and enjoy time with my friends and family. I love how grounded the people are and I think the community itself is pretty good about embedding work/life balance into everyday routine. 

What are your top 3 favorite activities to do in Fort Collins?

  1. Paddleboard or rent a boat at Horsetooth Reservoir - such a scenic body of water! And close to the heart of the city too.
  2. Attending a concert at the Mishawaka Amphitheater.
  3. Date night in Old Town while the holiday lights are illuminated (November - February)

What "can't miss" activity/restaurant/place would you tell a first-time visitor to go?

Ok this is a weird one – but if you’re in Old Town, you have to walk through the alleys. You’ll find some awesome local places and really cool murals. Some place to discover… The Forge & Alley Cat

What makes Mountain Time Vacation Rental unique? 

Mountain Time is amazing because we have such a fantastic selection of homes in Old Town. One of my favorite ways to spend the day is enjoying a nice coffee, taking our dog for a walk around Old Town and then spending some time at a local brewery. Our homes allow you to do all this and more! It makes the Fort Collins experience really authentic and that’s something we all love sharing with our guests.

What is the story behind how Mountain Time Vacation Rentals got its start?

Mark and Stacy started Mountain Time Vacation Rentals from their basement over 20 years ago! With a background in real estate and passion for tech, Mark built the framework from the ground up. Our team now consists of 15+ full-time employees who help manage 100+ furnished homes in Northern Colorado. We host nearly 4,000 guests each month!
