Lunch at El Diablo Mexican Restaurant
Started as a food truck, El Diablo is newer to the Fort Collins Foodie scene. This locally owned restaurant is a warm and inviting place where you can enjoy an authentic culinary experience from Mexico. Everyone will find something they love here from Torre De Mariscos to Mojarra A La Diabla and Quesabirrias.
Check out Fort Collins’ largest craft brewery and pioneers of the areas craft beer industry. Tours are available but book up fast. You can book your reservations online. Free tours last 45 minutes and a paid tour takes you more in depth, last 90 minutes and include beer sampling.
Experience Fort Collins Crafted with small-batch chocolate, handcrafted right here in Fort Collins. Here you can enjoy decadent truffles and chocolates made in house and on a cold winter evening try their sipping chocolate, similar to a thick cup of hot chocolate that is all made from scratch, in-house.

Late Night Drinks at Social
Social is the place in Fort Collins for properly crafted cocktails, sommelier selected wines, and charcuterie. Located underneath an Old Town shop at the entrance into Old Town Square, Social is designed with a soft modern/industrial decor as to keep the focus on what they are best at: quality food and beverage.
Day 2
Third-wave coffee makes a splash in Fort Collins with a burgeoning craft community, including Harbinger Coffee who is dedicated to changing the way you think about coffee. Exotic, exquisite, and intoxicating; coffee in its purest form can be a life changing experience. Harbinger Coffee is dedicated to that experience and to showcasing some of the finest coffees from around the world from some fantastic roasters across America.
A local staple since 1976, the Rainbow Restaurant is located one block north of Colorado State University on Laurel Street near Old Town Fort Collins. The restaurant specializes in breakfast and lunch with an expansive selection of traditional fare, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Every dish at the Rainbow is house-made from start to finish and is prepared with fresh ingredients. Try the Pumpkin Bread French Toast and don’t forget to check out the Rainbow’s garden patio which is consistently ranked a Fort Collins favorite!

Beau Jo’s Pizza is the only place you can get a real Colorado style pizza! Their dough is made fresh throughout the day, and contains locally sourced honey used as a natural sweetener instead of sugar. Beau Jo’s is known for serving pizza by the pound, meaning the portions are large and you won’t be going home hungry. Ginger and Baker is housed in the former 100-plus-year-old Northern Colorado Feeders Supply building. This charming spot includes a coffee and pie shop, two restaurants, The Café and The Cache, a teaching kitchen, a wine cellar, tasting room and banquet room. It’s safe to say Ginger and Baker is a foodie haven for those looking for variety.
Founded in 1972, The Cupboard is a second-generation, family owned and operated kitchen and home store. With two levels of browsing, The Cupboard can entertain shoppers for hours. Set in a 130-year-old building, The Farmhouse at Jessup Farm is a casual eatery focused on elevated country and healthy farm fare. With a quarter acre and chicken coop in their backyard, The Farmhouse prides itself on seasonal menus made from scratch and being a leader in customer service for Northern Colorado.
