This distillery makes premium craft spirits ranging from vodka, rum, gin, whiskey, agave spirits, and liqueurs. CopperMuse also offers a unique selection of hand-crafted cocktails and infusions that are sure to push your taste experience beyond the ordinary. A chef-inspired food menu features light, delicious appetizers and shareables that pair perfectly with your libations. They also offer seasonal food and cocktail specials to keep things fresh and delicious. Their lively tasting room in downtown Fort Collins has a shaded outdoor patio and they do not believe in having TVs - in order to foster an environment for real conversations.

Old Elk Distillery

Old Elk Distillery is an award-winning, premium craft distiller that develops and crafts exceptional spirits that deliver on taste and experience. Recently, their esteemed Master Distiller, Greg Metze, won the Master Distiller/Master Blender of the Year Award at the 2024 Icons of Whisky Awards. One of the things that sets Old Elk apart from the herd is their "Slow Cut™ Method". To proof alcohol, water is added until the liquid reaches a desired strength. However, this creates a heat liberating reaction, and when you add hundreds of gallons of water in a day or two, it ends up boiling off many of the lighter, finer flavors. At Old Elk, things are done differently - instead of a day, they spend weeks adding small increments of water to keep the liquid cool and save the delicate flavors that their team works so hard to produce during mashing, fermentation, distillation, and maturation. It’s why you can taste the quality in every sip.

Elevation 5003 Distillery

Elevation 5003 Distillery is an incredible grain-to-bottle distillery with a focus on innovative, hand-crafted distilled spirits. They mash, lauter, ferment, distill, filter, and bottle all of their spirits at the distillery while focusing on environmentally empowered processes. Elevation 5003 started as a passion project and has bloomed into a stellar distillery, producing great tasting spirits ranging from vodka to whiskey to a coffee liquor and so much more. This unique distillery is also proud to be woman-owned in a mostly male-dominated industry!

Mobb Mountain Distillery

Mobb Mountain prides itself on community, adventure, sustainability and quality. It was started in 2016 with a goal to create a strong, unique community in Fort Collins, and over the years, they have strived to bring delicious, unique spirits to the community. Through constantly working to improve on their products and engaging with local charities, they have worked tirelessly to grow the Mobb family, putting “thought and care into every bottle they fill and each cocktail they craft." Their path is guided by those who have come before them in the craft beverage industry of Fort Collins, a place that fosters incredible passion and creativity which Mobb fully embraces, inviting others to collaborate, contribute, and enjoy alongside them. Mobb Mountain is best known for its Mobb Rye and Mobb Gin.

Old Town Distilling Co.

Located in the brewing district of Fort Collins, Old Town Distilling is Northern Colorado's first and only certified organic distillery. They pride themselves in sourcing all raw ingredients from the state of Colorado. Old Town Distilling Co. uses strict sustainable practices while crafting their fine spirits, while also working very closely with local organic farmers to limit their carbon footprint. They provide spent vodka and whiskey grains to local cattle and hog farmers as well. They even claim that you will have "no hangovers" from their pesticide-free products! Old Town Distilling Co. is best known for their Old Standard Bourbon and Rye, as well as their organic vodka and gin.

Seed & Spirit Distilling

Seed & Spirit Distilling's name comes from their belief that being a truly handcrafted distillery requires involvement in every process that goes into producing spirits, from "seed to spirit". Craft distilleries should be defined as artfully creating from start to finish craft spirits, made in the building that the business operates from. That is why they are growing their own grain or locally sourcing what they can't grow, in-house malting those very grains, fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling every drop they sell, right here in Fort Collins. They are joining those producing 100% in-house products and aspiring to take it further through various aspects of the production process in their local Colorado distillery. Taste for yourself what makes Seed & Spirit Distilling the new Colorado Standard of Spirits.

NOCO Distillery

NOCO Distillery is a craft micro distillery that makes high quality whiskeys, gins, rums, vodka and brandy. This distillery uses small hand-crafted, American-made copper stills as well as American and European oak casks in its distilling process. These are hand-crafted spirits made right here in Fort Collins sourced by raw materials, as much as possible, from other local companies. NOCO Distillery even uses local Colorado botanicals and fruits in its craft spirits. This environmentally conscious distillery takes pride in its sustainable product and works toward perfecting its craft each time a new spirit is put into production. They are one of the few distilleries in the world to operate in this manner and are at the forefront of the maturation process. Today, they distill over 35 different products, making them one of the most versatile craft distilleries in the world.

Gnebriated Gnome Distillery

Gnebriated Gnome Distilling is known as "Fort Collins' oldest new distillery". This unique distillery prides themselves on their goofy fantasy names, calm relaxed atmosphere, great drinks, wonderful food, and, of course, the bright shiny tanks and still. Gnebriated Gnome is owned and operated by a small family and friend circle who have been together for 20 years or more. Jared and Todd served in the Army together, went to war together, and have raised their families together. Jared is the distiller and mastermind behind the rum. Todd is the whiskey drinker and has pushed Jared to create at least a couple whiskeys and hopes to expand into beer in the future. The rest of the team is family to either of them, mothers, spouses, and in-laws. They focus on their rum, but you are sure to find a couple delicious whiskeys on the menu.
