With plenty of restaurants to choose from in Fort Collins, you're sure to find something to cater to your preferred or necessary dietary restrictions. And the options don't just stop at food. There are a variety of inclusive watering holes as well.

Gluten-Free

If gluten-free is your preference or requirement, Fort Collins has two completely gluten-free restaurants you need to check out. Start your day at Explorado Market, a coffee shop and bakery in the heart of Old Town Square. Every option at Explorado Market contains absolutely no gluten, seed oils, peanuts, and soy. For an afternoon of enjoyment, head over to Locust Cider's taproom. Their hard cider is gluten-free and full of flavor, and their whole menu, including a cider burger and loaded fries, are gluten-free.

For restaurants with gluten-free options, The Post Chicken and Beer's fried chicken recipe happens to be gluten-free. FoCo DoCo, our favorite donut destination, offers gluten-free donuts every Thursday. The good news is, most restaurants in Fort Collins have gluten-free options, just ask your server!

Vegetarian

Taj Mahal, an Indian restaurant in town, offers a variety of vegetable dishes like Vegetable Biryani, Chana Masala and Vegetable Korma. Avogadro's Number, a local favorite, offers organic house-made tempeh options on their menu. If breakfast is more your style, the Rainbow Restaurant located next to CSU's campus offers a garden omelet, sweet potato burrito, and scrambled tofu.

Vegan

Fort Collins is the proud home of Tasty Harmony, a restaurant committed to healthy creative plant-based cuisine. Their diverse menu includes fan favorites like Seitan Hot Wings, Nachos De YNEZ, Nashville Chxn, Drunken Noodles, and Oyster Linguini Alfredo. Some of the dishes you'll find have ingredients grown close by in their 1/4 acre garden. They're celebrating their 15-year anniversary this year!

Non-Alcoholic

Our liquid arts scene is overflowing with great non-alcoholic options if you're continuing dry January throughout the year. Check out Social Fort Collins, our award-winning speakeasy. They have dedicated a section of their menu to dry drinks, like a Virgroni and Whiskers on Kittens, a cinnamon cold brew mocktail. Union Bar & Soda Fountain offers a wide variety of sparkling sodas, including grapefruit, root beer and butterbeer. And you're always more than welcome to make it a float!

Their salads and grain bowls offer a variety of options, from high protein to low carb. Spoons, Salads & Sandwiches is a local restaurant with multiple locations across town.
