Outdoor Activities

Colorado offers some of the best fall colors around, just take a short drive up the Poudre Canyon or explore one of our many natural areas to find out for yourself. While October offers mild weather, please know before you go and pack for all seasons! Be sure to check out our famed 260+ miles of bike trails, Lory State Park, as well as the eleven natural areas in town.

Some say people come to Fort Collins for the adventure but stay for the food and they would be wise.  Fort Collins is home to some of the best dining options in the region.
