The Drake Centre is a premier event venue located in the center of it all, Midtown Fort Collins. The venue can accommodate up to 500 guests, making it perfect for corporate events, fundraisers, and weddings. Drake Center does allow outside vendors, with some guidelines to make the process run smoothly. As an added bonus, the location has ample free parking in their parking lot!
We spoke with Lorna Sisko, the Event Coordinator at the Drake Centre to learn more about this wonderful place to hold an event in Fort Collins!

I love how friendly everyone is, and all the dogs that live here.
What are your top 3 favorite activities to do in Fort Collins?
What "can't miss" activity/restaurant/place would you tell a first-time visitor to go?
Definitely check out Old Town and hopefully catch some music while you're there. A ride up the Poudre Canyon will not disappoint and offers a ton of recreation options like hiking, camping, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, and the Mish!
What makes the Drake Centre unique?
We have a great venue to offer to everyone that can hold up to 500 guests and we can rent a Tavern & Patio space too.
What is the story behind how the Drake Centre got its start?
The Drake Centre is part of the Columbine Health System which is owned by Bob Wilson. He started the company in the early 1970's which began with a 48-bed nursing home which quickly grew into a 120-bed facility with 35 employees. Columbine Health Systems has expanded in Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor, employing over 1650 dedicated individuals.
