Halloween Happenings in Fort Collins

1. Tiny Tot Halloween

It's time to scare up some new costume ideas for your little ones! The annual Tiny Tot Halloween will be held on Thursday, October 31 from 10 a.m to 1 p.m. All children under the age of seven and their parents/guardians are invited to enjoy a safe trick-or-treating experience in Downtown Fort Collins.

2. Pumpkins on Parade

The fifth annual Pumpkins on Parade is a fun-for-all-ages celebration of Halloween and the harvest, featuring hundreds of pumpkins and gourds arranged across The Gardens in artistic displays and festive activities for the whole family! The event will run Oct. 17-20.

3. FoCo Boo Crawl


It's that exciting time of the year when the anticipation for Halloween is building up! Get ready to dive into the spirit of the season by planning your spectacular costumes for the 4th Annual FoCo Boo Crawl on October 26th. Brace yourself for an unforgettable experience!

4. Pick a Pumpkin at a Pumpkin Patch

There are a number of pumpkin patches surrounding Fort Collins. Each will provide you the chance to pick out that perfect pumpkin to carve for Halloween. Find you pumpkin at places like The Bartels Farm, Spooky's Pumpkin PatchAnderson Farm Pumpkin Patch, Something From The Farm, and The Farm at Lee Martinez Park.

5. Navigate through a Corn Maze

If you are looking for a thrill leading up to Halloween we suggest navigating your way through a corn maze. There are plenty of corn mazes around Fort Collins to adequately give you a scare. Check out Jack Lantern's Northern Colorado Corn Maze, Fritzler Colorado Corn Maze, Anderson Farm's Corn Maze, Bartels Farm Corn Maze, and Something From The Farm Corn Maze.

6. Treatsylvania Farm at Lee Martinez Park

Take a stroll through this unique Halloween event at The Farm. Trick-or-treating, hayrides and treats for all. Tickets must be purchased in advance and children must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets on sale Oct. 2nd, and the event runs from Oct. 25-27.

7. Halloween-Themed Candlelit Tours of The 1879 Avery House

Join the Poudre Landmark Foundation for a special Halloween-themed tour on October 26th! While the tour takes place in the historic Avery House, topics will focus on Halloween history. This family-friendly tour is one hour long and hot cider is included. Check out their website for tickets and more information.

8. The Fort Collins Ghost Tour

The Fort Collins Ghost Tour includes a guided evening journey into and under Old Town Fort Collins. Along the way, you will learn about local legends, hauntings, ghostly sightings and strange happenings. Tours run every Friday and Saturday, with added times on Oct. 30 and 31.

9. Halloween Organ Extravaganza

The 19th annual organ recital presented by the CSU School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, featuring classic - and not-so-classic works, including the famous Toccata and Fugue in D minor by Johann Sebastian Bach. “If you think organ music or organists are boring, this concert is designed to change your mind!” There are three concert times you can choose from: 6pm, 8pm and 10pm. The event is held at the University Center for the Arts on Oct. 31. Buy tickets in advance online as the concert tends to sell out quickly: Adults, $15; Seniors (62+), $13; Youth (under 18), $5.
