So it’s settled. After your next First Friday Gallery Walk, boutique shopping spree, CSU game, or festival in Old Town Square, you’ll come on over. Warm dough is waiting. Plus, we have more than 30 beers on tap—cheers! In a pinch for time? No problem. We at Beau Jo’s offer delivery, takeout, and take-and-bake options too.

The flavors (and “afterglow”—i.e. how we feel) are insanely good. Why? En lieu of sugar, we use honey in the dough and pizza sauce. And the dough—available in wheat or white—sticks with 100-percent pure olive oil. Did we mention we make the dough fresh every 3-4 hours, every single day? Our dough, then crust, is what Chip, our owner, refers to as “the Containment System” – the roll of the crust actually helps contain all your mountain high, mountain pie ingredients!

What’s more? Our dough is available in white, wheat, and gluten-free options – free yourself! Speaking of toppings, ours are fresh-chopped and sourced locally when possible, giving your tastebuds the best garlic, peppers, ‘shrooms, and meats available in Ft. Collins. Gluten-intolerant folks, no need to stay at home. Almost everything on our menu is available without gluten.

I love Beau Jo's! The honey with the crust is absolutely amazing. Gotta love a mountain pie. They also have cream cheese as a topping, and if you've never tried it, you MUST. It's incredible. I highly recommend this Beau Jo's. We went on a weekend and it wasn't too busy. The staff was great, and it was a great night out.
