Big Al’s continues to focus on what has brought success over the years: quality, service, and safety. The difference now being the inclusion of best practices for social distancing and a heightened sensitivity to cleanliness. In addition to standard policy and procedures, new precautions are strategically applied. Employees will check-in at a temperature station upon arrival for a shift. Gloves and masks are worn 100% of the time, with frequent hand washing and glove change cues. Additional checks and routines are included in food safety protocols and work station and surface area sanitization. All single use items are provided individually wrapped, among other safeguards.
The menu features the famous 60/40 burger, classic burgers, cheeseburgers, dogs, veggie burgers, fries, and shakes. Guests may pick up their favorites through carryout, newly instituted curbside pickup, or delivery from either NoCo NOSH or GrubHub. The dining room will remain closed at this time and is reorganized to facilitate social distancing for contact-free ordering and meal pick ups
