Visit Fort Collins Welcome Center – Booking Guidelines

Hours of Availability:

Monday–Saturday: 8 AM – 5 PM

Sunday: 11 AM – 4 PM

- After-hours requests are considered on a case-by-case basis

Eligible Events:

- Must be open and accessible to the public

- Private events may be considered if they clearly align with the center’s mission

- Aligns with the Welcome Center’s mission

Examples: (community partner events, educational sessions,
tourism-focused meetings, cultural programs, networking events)

Ineligible Events:

- Private celebrations 

- Internal staff retreats or private organizational meetings

- Commercial or sales-driven events unrelated to community or tourism
