Yoga & Brunch

    • Ease into the New Year
      YOGA & BRUNCH
      Enjoy a 45-minute Yoga Flow session led by Rachael Nock in our light filled Old Town space; Saturdays at 9am in January.

      Attendees will receive a Brunch voucher that includes: choice of breakfast pastry, lunch or brunch entrée and choice of brunch beverage (pssst this includes our fresh-squeezed bottomless mimosas).

      Brunch can be enjoyed that day or anytime before Sunday, February 10th.

      Rachael will lead this all-level class and provide helpful modifications for beginners. Learn more about Rachael here.
