Yin targets deeper connective tissues and helps to alleviate stress and restore your energy. Each pose will be held anywhere between 3-5 minutes so the fascia networks of your body can slowly deepen. This class will incorporate the use of props such as a blanket, blocks, bolster, and strap! You can expect to feel calm, connected, and relaxed leaving this class!
