What Makes Sour Beer Sour?

    • Kevin Ritter, Crooked Stave's sensory specialist, would like to invite you to attend our next sensory event at our FOCO taproom.

      During this event we will cover the most common beer souring techniques, ways of measuring sourness, hands-on tasting sensory of lactic, acetic and citric acid in beer and tasting of three of Crooked Stave’s core brand beers with a range of perceived sourness.

      You must be of legal drinking age to attend.

      The class lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
