    • Join Scott Dorsch, Brewer, Agronomist and Co-owner and Travis Green, Winemaker and Co-owner with Odell Brewing Company as they explore the historical exploitation of the plant kingdom, taking a closer look into the original agri-business of creating fermented beverages. Human beings and plant based fermented food products have evolved together over thousands of years. Specific plants of interest will include grapes, malted barley and other cereal grains as well as hops and other bittering plants historically used in the production of wine and beer.
