Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese system of body movement that has been cherished over the centuries for its beneficial impact on health of the heart, bones, nerves, muscles, immune system and the mind. Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, Tai Chi is widely practiced around the world, preferably in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Gardens on Spring Creek is delighted to collaborate with our local Tai Chi practitioner and instructor, Min Fan, to offer our members and community this special outdoor class, suitable for all levels.
Note for Participants: Class are taught outside and shade is available but limited. Please check the weather and plan accordingly for your comfort and safety during the practice.
Participants will have room for appropriate social distancing in our outdoor garden setting.
Classes will be capped at 20 participants. Please check in through the parking lot gate. Class registration includes Gardens admission. Click the date to register for that class.
