This is a fully interactive and learning class. Using fresh goat's milk, along with cows milk from a local farm, we will make soft cheeses: ricotta cheese; mozzarella cheese; burrata cheese; and learn how to make cream cheese - All of the cheese made during class will be used to create delicious appetizers. We will also put together a beautiful cheese and charcuterie platter to be enjoyed by everyone in class. Come with an appetite and a desire to learn about cheese. All ingredients and equipment needed to make the cheese and appetizers will be provided. Please wear close-toed shoes for safety and dress comfortably.
