Sip and Stitch: Print a Pretty Produce Bag

    • In honor of Earth Day April’s Sip and Stitch will focus on some Earth-friendly crafting and history.

First, join us as we take a look at some historical efforts people in Fort Collins have made to curb waste. Then we’ll get to work creating some lovely reusable bags for produce, using salvaged fabrics, potato printing, a hand-cranked sewing machine, and our own energy and gumption. We’ll provide all the materials necessary to complete your project, and plenty of help and inspiration. Enjoy the sunset view from inside our cozy Observation Deck, nibble on yummy snacks, and sip a spiritous beverage as well. Now that’s a very happy hour (or two)!

Sip and Stitch is a crafting series where we meet to make a project and learn about its history in the process.

Tickets are $10/$7 for members and include all crafting supplies and snacks. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during the class.

Space is limited to 12 people. Ages 21+
