      Meet Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera), a 22-year old jobless bass guitarist for the garage band Sex-Bob-omb. Scott has never had trouble getting a girlfriend. Usually, the problem is getting rid of them. But when Scott meets Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), the girl of his -literal- dreams, he finds that love comes with some seriously evil baggage. Scott must defeat Ramona's army of evil ex-boyfriends before it really is game over

      Director Edgar Wright perfectly crafts a genre-smashing love letter to the original comics of Bryan Lee O'Malley. This film is a genre-smashing masterclass on garage rock, a tribute to classic video games, and a cautionary tale of manic-pixie-dreamers. Since its 2010 premiere it has become a certified cult classic.
