We will work up a sweat in this 45-min class! We focus on arm strength, posture, core stability, toning the lower body, balance and so much more! We will utilize various props, weights & equipment for resistance. Leave class feeling longer, stronger and taller. Whether you are new to Pilates or well-seasoned, this class is here to challenge you in a safe, controlled environment. • Lacey has been teaching this class for years and enjoys changing it up and trying new things! Expect to be educated in correct alignment & form. This class will vary day to day, but will always follow the principles of Pilates!
