This class is a great introduction to healthy movement and is perfect for our aging bodies. We will work on posture stability, core strength, flexibility, trunk mobility, balance and more in a safe/controlled environment. We incorporate Pilates, Yoga, Dance & Mobility techniques to leave students feeling longer, taller and energized. This class is medicine for the body & open to all!
Please dress comfortably and bring a water to class. We have mats and props that are available to use in class, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred. No shoes are needed, but grip socks may be worn. We have socks available to purchase if needed. Please sign up before coming to class.
