    • Learn the basics of knife skills and cooking basics. This is a hands-on cooking class which includes everything you need to have a fun night of learning and eating on a working ranch in Fort Collins. All menu items will be enjoyed in class, with left-overs to take home and share. Menu could include:
      Garden Fresh Gazpacho
      Spatchcocked Cornish Game Hen with a Pan Sauce
      Vientnamese Spring Rolls with a Spicy Peanut Sauce
      Hibiscus and Red Wine Poached Pears
      Learn the basics of marinating; making a sauce; and finishing a beautiful dish. This class is for 18+
