Spring is a time for blooming, growth and re-birth. Surrounded by the beautiful gardens; this workshop is designed to awaken the body, breath and spirit through yoga, breathwork, meditation & journaling. Get ready to shed past limiting beliefs...the best version of your life is waiting to bloom. Each participant will receive a goodie bag full of items to support your wellness. Awaken possibilities, start a new parth, connect with self, invite a breakthrough, invite creativity, manifest in your life, remove limits, celebrate life, celebrate nature, just be.
