Gut Dysbiosis With Andrew Cox

    • What is dysbiosis and do you really need to worry about it? Well, dysbiosis is becoming more and more common in a world that is inundated with antibiotics, pesticides/herbicides, artificial sweeteners, and a myriad of other modern chemicals. Through our evolution we have been developing a symbiotic relationship with bacteria. Now that delicate balance is being disrupted by our modern lifestyles and that disruption is leading to gut dysbiosis. Dysbiosis is when the bacteria in our gut are either the wrong kind or in the wrong place. This imbalance can lead to digestive issues including SIBO and IBS. For this class Andrew, a nutritional health coach, will discuss this delicate balance, how it gets disrupted, what you can do when it does, and more importantly how to prevent it.
