Garden to Fork Cooking Class

    • Excite your taste buds with the freshness of the garden harvest and learn some new cooking techniques while having fun making a meal in our Outdoor Kitchen. Hands-on classes are taught by the Cooking Studio Fort Collins and wine tasting provided by Wilbur’s. Students must be 21 yrs. & up. Thursday, 6-8 p.m. $45 August 16: Pizza, Pesto, and Pistou August 30: Celebrating Tomatoes September 6: Wrapping up the Gardens: Wraps, Rolls, and Dumplings September 20: Mild to Wild Chiles September 27: Garden Fresh Homemade Pastas
