Ayurvedic Spring Cooking Class

    • Ready to clear seasonal stagnation and feel lighter in mind, body, and spirit? Join  Stephanie Hamill, Ayurvedic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher, for some Ayurvedic kitchen inspiration as we transition from Winter to Spring.


      During this class you will learn about the qualities of Spring and how to create balance using food and Ayurvedic practices. We will make a spring soup that helps clear the heaviness from the body, along with a baked croquette, and a delicious gluten and dairy-free buckwheat cake for dessert. Digestion improving teas will be served and you will leave with a wealth of information and recipes, a special seasonal gift, and a full belly.
