24 Hours in Nowhere with Dusti Bowling

    • Old Firehouse Books is thrilled to be hosting award-winning author Dusti Bowling! We hope that you will join us on Thursday, October 11th at 6:00pm to hear Dusti speak about her new middle grade title 24 Hours in Nowhere.

Dusti Bowling delighted readers with her debut novel about a young girl born without arms. Now she is welcoming readers to Nowhere, Arizona, the least liveable town in the United States. For 13-year-old Gus, life is made even worse by Bo Taylor, the biggest bully in Nowhere. When Rossi Scott saves Gus from being forced to eat a dangerously spiny cactus, she loses her prized dirt bike. With the help of his friends, Gus goes searching for gold in Dead Frenchman Mine so he can buy back Rossi’s bike.

We hope you’ll join us for this free event!
