Bohemian Nights at NewWestFest is finally upon us and we couldn't be more excited. NewWestFest is one of Fort Collins’ most popular and highly anticipated events every single year. The festival has earned its fame through showcasing live music in Fort Collins for FREE every year in August. The 2016 festival takes place this weekend, Aug. 12, 13 and 14. This year it was announced that an all-Colorado lineup of 80-plus bands will be slated to perform during NewWestFest, including three prominent Colorado headliners to anchor the main stage each night.

As mentioned before, the festival is completely FREE all weekend. NewWestFest will be headlined by Grammy-nominated orchestral indie band DeVotchKa, known for their acclaimed film score for “Little Miss Sunshine” and alternative rock band The Fray, known for several hit singles including “Over My Head (Cable Car)” and “How to Save a Life.” And, just announced THIS WEEK, Bohemian Nights revealed that its surprise Sunday headliner will be Elephant Revival. Elephant Revival became a household name in 2015 after taking part in the Southwest Airlines campaign "Live at 35" which featured live performances by the band while in the air. Since, they have sold out multiple venues across the nation, including a headlining performance at the granddaddy of them all - Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Bohemian Nights at NewWestFest will also feature more than 250 food, art and specialty booths as well as family-friendly activities and carnival rides. The whole family can enjoy a wide variety of genres at NewWestFest this weekend in Fort Collins!
