Bohemian Nights at NewWestFest, one of Fort Collins most popular festivals, is just under a week away! The annual NewWestFest is a FREE three-day music festival that is held in historic downtown Fort Collins. This year the festival will take place Aug. 10-12 and will showcase a diverse lineup of 80-plus bands performing across six outdoor stages. NewWestFest will be headlined by national acts The Motet (Aug 10), Blondie (Aug 11) and The Decemberists (Aug 12).

On top of all the great music, NewWestFest also has plenty of activities for children and families. This year at the festival Bohemian will again host its Kid's Music Adventure (Aug 11, 12) which allows kids to interact with instruments, participate in music workshops as well as watch live performances. New to the festival this year will be the Build-a-Band activity. This invites children to learn how to play an instrument, sing a song, and then perform it live on stage.
