Fortified Farm Dinners
These farm dinners demonstrate community collaboration and celebrate all that our local farmers, chefs, breweries, businesses and non-profits add to the quality of life in Fort Collins. Six dinners will be presented in 2017, each one benefiting a different non-profit organization. See the full schedule at Fortified Collaborations. The next dinner is Bounty and Brews Beer Dinner (Oct. 14), now in its sixth year. This event celebrates the culmination of a bountiful harvest season while benefiting local food-justice non-profit The Growing Project. Guests will enjoy six courses crafted with local foods by some of Fort Collins’ finest chefs paired with beers from six local breweries. Taking place in and around the greenhouse at Bath Nursery, this annual tradition is a unique and fulfilling experience for all.
Whether you come for the company, the food & drink, the beautiful setting, the cause or all of these things, Fortified Collaborations invites you to join these abundant, family-style, chef-prepared dinners! “We exist to expand and enhance community connections.” Says Kristina Cash, Founder of Fortified Collaborations. “These dinners are the most wonderful embodiment of what we’re all about.”
All dinners take place rain or shine. Vegetarian options are available at all dinners. Purchase season tickets and individual dinner tickets at www.fortifiedcollaborations.com/tickets.
