While most of us live in the middle of the hustle-bustle, and have a lot of responsibilities and demands to fulfill, we naturally have a greater need of rejuvenating physically, mentally and emotionally.
We remain immersed in numerous activities like taking care of family, working with tough deadlines etc During this process we may experience negative emotions like anger, fear, insecurity etc or low energy and enthusiasm or a lack of focus and inability to handle stress and stressful situations.
