This is a safe space dedicated to exploration of the body-mind relationship so that we may all unlock the infinite well of peace, wisdom, and creative potential we hold within. Learn how to sharpen your focus, fuel your creative fire, and enhance the strength and flexibility of both body and mind through yogic practices. Every class will include seated meditation, mindful movement, and deeply restorative postures that can then be practiced individually throughout the week. Dana is also a licensed massage therapist and is happy to work with you on long term physical, emotional, and mental goals.
